Yellow Roses Norleans Decorative Wall Hanging Plate, Hand Painted, Japan.
This plate is probably from the late 1970's or early1980's. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. This plate still has its original Norleans sticker but what makes it unique is it still has the original Kmart price tag. The artist appears to be K. Fusita.
There appears to be a flaw in the painting on the rim where it was missed.
